Birch Walk - Moving in Offer
Birch Walk is the latest block to have been completed here at St George’s Park Retirement Village. We only have a few Apartments remaining, all of which offer immediate occupation. These apartments are being offered with a special ‘Moving In Offer’. Included within the asking price is a special moving in package designed to make the move to your new home as smooth and stress free as possible, it is worth over £8000.

Induction Programme Our Housing Manager will arrange for an appointment to visit you in your new apartment and run through how to use all of the white goods, central heating controls and electric fireplace. They will even tune your TV for you.
Unpacking Service If required we offer a friendly and helpful service to help you unpack saving you the trouble of having to move heavy boxes. Your new apartment will feel like home in no time.
Two free hours domestic cleaning in the first two weeks.
A welcome pack so you don’t have to worry where the tea bags etc have been packed.
Free meals in the restaurant for the first two days (max 2 meals a day for 4 people). No need to worry about what you are going to have for lunch or dinner, just go to the restaurant with your friends or family.
Clearance Service We will arrange for all your used boxes and packaging that you may have left over from your move to be disposed of.
Curtain making service We will arrange for you to have hand made curtains to the living room and both bedrooms to the maximum value of £3000.The curtains can be fitted prior to you moving in meaning all you have to do is bring your furniture and you will have an instant home.
£500 placed on your SGP payment card. This can be used in the restaurant, bar and shop in Maes Court.
Service charge we will cover the cost of your service charge for the first year. Based on service charge for 2010.
Building Insurance We will cover the cost of your first years Building Insurance. Based on the cost for 2010.
Ground Rent We will cover the cost of your first years Ground Rent. Based on the cost for 2010.
